Friendly and helpful staff, haunted building. Not sure if the place is on a native burial ground or what. Still a good place to relax and to get in a workout.

The place is very clean. The staff is amazing, welcoming and extremely helpful. After a good workout, there's a room with massage chairs and hydro massage beds 👌.

All of this facilities Hydro Message beds are useless they either don’t have pressure or don’t let you make adjustments WHY do they EVEN HAVE A SCREEN BY THE BED?? like all the other PFs I go too. Staff is nice, and the machines work but they gotta do better in the black card spa

Great gym for the casual guest looking to get into shape. Much more spacious than the locations in Brooklyn, and I found it to be much cleaner and much more organized than other locations. Staff is professional, and constantly re-racking weights and equipment which I don’t see happen too often unless it’s closing time at other locations. Some of these negative reviews are left by some petty people just trying to find a reason or excuse to not work out and stay lazy at home. If you’re focused on fitness, then get the job done and stop complaining about nonsense.

Overall, I've been fairly pleased with the value. I like the large windows in the front and the overall layout, which feels uncluttered compared to some other Planet Fitness gyms. My one complaint, which applies to every Planet Fitness, is that staff at the front desk don't have much knowledge of the equipment and often are not helpful. If they are by themselves, they can't leave their position to help you.
