The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, catering to all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

Went this morning and bought a water at the vending machine for it to get stuck. Went to tell the older associate with white hair and glasses at the front desk, but he was busy playing a game on his phone. When I finally got his attention, he told me it wasn't his problem with an attitude and then went back to the game. I left to go workout but not ten minutes later, the vending machine vendor comes in to stock the machine. The associate couldn't have just told me this? After my hour workout was done, I passed by him and his head was still down in the game.

The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, clean facilities, and well-maintained equipment. The environment is motivating, with plenty of space and modern machines, making it ideal for effective workouts.

This used to be my favorite gym when they first opened. I’ve been a member of LA Fitness since 2014, this gym was opened not too long ago, and for their 60$ maintenance fee they charge in Dec, you would think by January , one of the busiest months of the year; they would fix all the machines with the money they charge. However, after talking to so many employees and corporate, they still failed to fix machines. 2 out of 6 stair master machines are working. The sauna is never working anymore, multiple treadmills are broken too. It’s absolutely ridiculous and not worth the membership fee.

This gym is disgusting and managed incompetently. No hot water for weeks, no working sauna for what I’m told is well over a year now. Weight plates and dumbbells are literally all over the place (except where they actually belong) and never cleaned up or put back. I have come here twice within 5 minutes of them opening up in the morning and yeah, NOTHING was put back or cleaned up from the night before. I have asked the staff about things and they were completely useless and unconcerned about the issues. So I called corporate twice to complain, thankfully my second complaint has been escalated and they have asked if I could provide photos and time stamps which I plan on emailing to them soon. For anyone thinking about joining this gym, be aware of their operating conditions and don’t believe the staff when they say things will be fixed “soon”….
