I don't normally do bad reviews. However, I am fed up with JCC taking my money and giving less and less service every time. Let's break it down: 1) Locker rooms for both men and women are disgusting and apparently the janitorial staff don't wipe down the lockers, the branches or the showers. 2) My wife and daughter use the women's locker room and they don't even have a working sauna. It has been broken since August of 2023. What the hell? When I asked politely when it will be fixed, the staff member became agitated. 3) Pool area: How many lifeguards do you need on duty in a small pool? There are usually 4+ lifeguards on the deck and they are looking at their phones and chatting with each other and not minding the pool. They are useless in an emergency! Fire them and get 2 well trained lifeguards! 4) Pool water cleaning: I reported many times to the lifeguards and their manager that there is dirt, hair, bandaids, etc., floating or on the bottom of the pool. They paid me lip service at best. Ignored me at worst. 5) Posted notes in the pool: The staff constantly places noteses in the pool area to not wear street shoes 👟 on the pool deck. Lots of people ignore them and walk in in street shoes. Morons! 6) Basketball courts: my kids like to come to play with the few available basketballs. The rest are always locked away and no one from the staff has the key to open the ball cage! What the hell? 7) Overall staff: the front desk of the JCC are nice enough...but that's it. The rest of the staff are not helpful when approached and at time not polite. Don't get me wrong. I grew up going to this and other JCCs, but this is getting bad service.

If I can do 0 star, I will. Absolutely ridiculous. The most expensive premium is supposed to attach 2 guess, but they mess up and forget to do so. And ask to pay again. The front desk Kate is very very very mean. She is even mean to kids!! Ridiculous!

The day program really does not fit my needs. The head of the program doesn’t affiliate my concerns as well as most of the staff. I’d just rather try to find a volunteer job that I like or I just could be in my own place.

This is my experience. I’ve been trying to reach this office for more than one year because of my son’s Pt refer me to go there I went physically to the place. The front desk was not capable to tell me what to do who I can speak to or something like that no one help I call nobody nobody cares. Nobody call me back one lady answer and tell me why you keep calling me back. This place supposed to close because they are unhelpful and the community Are not happy with them.

Called the aquatic office many times, no one picks up and even though I leave a message, no one call me back. Also when I sign my kid up for swimming lesson, the staff told me that for every class there will be 6 kids maximum. However, there are more than 6, which making the area crowded and not every kid could be taken care/teach by coach, cannot learn a lot. Disappointed and waste of time.
