Parking is a bit of a hassle and the women's locker room and bathroom area need some upgrades/renovations. Overall it's clean and has lots of machines.

**2024 UPDATE** THIS PLACE IS STILL TRASH. MACHINES BROKEN, NOT ENOUGH STAFFING. STILL NOT 24/7 SO YOU GOT LOTS OF CROWDING AND THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMERS THERE. **2023 UPDATE** GYM IS NO LONGER 24/7, GOOD LUCK CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CAUSE THEY'LL KEEP BILLING YOU. THAT'S COMMON STORY YOU'LL HEAR WHEN EVER YOU COME TO CHECK IN. Since the gym is no long 24/7 there's a massive overcrowding issue. The place feels more intimidating now because you got the hostile gym rats who hog machines for hours and even though you politely addressed with the other member they'll respond in threatening manner to point feels like you're better off calling the cops (Luckily 103rd is around the corner). You got the summer promo kids hogging the machines. The machines are all mostly fixed but they keep breaking because the gym rats and the high school kids want to make up other exercises on the machines. The management really doesn't care here, the staff don't care either because all the the paper dispenser would be empty and the disinfectant spray as well. If you can go to Blink on Springfield and Hillside, they have a better parking situation too and a better class of other members too. This place turned into a hole, after the they got rid of the 24/7 hours, you got the IG influencers, roided up monsters, entitled karens and kens who feel they own every machine cause they can occupy two or more machines at once. I want people to read the history of how far down hill this gym has gone to avoid it at all cost till things improve. **2022 UPDATE** MANY MACHINES STILL MISSING PINS! EVERYTHING IS STILL THE SAME. **UPDATE** If I can grant this gym no stars I would. most of the machines have been vandalized, rusted or the pins are missing. It's perpetually filthy inside. The staff is inattentive to people walking in, so some random vagrant and sketchy people tend to just walk in without checking in. The water pressure for the fountains is ridiculously low, like you need to suck the fountain spout if you need water it's counter productive if you're trying to reduce waste because all it's doing is forcing people to buy the water bottles inside. I don't appreciate the person here on google telling me to "talk to the manager" because if the manager doesn't know about this at this point they genuinely don't care and Planet Fitness corporate needs to be notified.

Review for Planet Fitness (Supreme Fitness Franchise) My child was violated. Request to print the contract for you to read it before signing. They will say they can't unless you sign. Unless someone raises a class action, lawsuit against this company it won't stop. The manager said he or she is not required to inform the customer of the fees in person on the first visit of the gym. Especially a minor. It's online in the fine prints. They didn't even inform me. Either I asked them specific questions, and they failed to put in those details. Very deceptive. My child was very excited to go to the gym. You have been taking all his earnings, which is approximately 115.00 in less than 2 months I want to share our experience with a Planet Fitness franchise, Supreme Fitness, to help others avoid unexpected charges. My child, a minor, joined on November 8th, 2024, after seeing their $1.00 plus tax signup promotion. He also paid $9.00 plus tax to use the gym until November 17th, 2024, their billing date. Unfortunately, important details about the membership were not clearly explained upfront. Here’s what happened: After the initial payments, additional charges appeared, including $33.38 as a gym fee and $20 as a late fee, totaling $51.38. This pattern of unexpected charges continued for two months without a clear explanation at the time of signup. After two months, an annual fee of $51.28 will be and continue to be charged on the same date every year. This critical detail was not communicated during the signup process. When we spoke to the manager, they claimed all terms were available online and did not need to be explained in person. As a parent, I find this practice unacceptable, especially since minors may not fully understand the terms of their membership. Businesses like this should clearly explain all fees, including annual charges, late fees, and cancellation policies, in person during the signup process—not just rely on online fine print. If you're considering joining this gym, I strongly recommend: I am asking for a detailed explanation of all fees, billing cycles, and annual charges in person. Requesting written documentation to ensure you fully understand the terms. Transparency is essential, and I hope this review encourages Planet Fitness franchises like Supreme Fitness to prioritize clearer communication with their members, especially when minors are involved. The manager told me via the telephone they are not responsible for telling you anything once you are sign-up online. People understand they will not inform you on your first-time in-person visit. They are required to even if they claim to in their policies, they are required to in New State especially a minor. I was reading their contract indemnity clause. Go back to New york article and read, which protects you. Start voicing your complaints one by one until you get enough people to get the courts attention to how they conduct business

Been going to this gym for about 3 months now since September 22 2024 and tbh it not a bad gym but definitely room for improvement over the the time i attended this gym i noticed there really not alot of space, machines may be broken and not be in service for a while also the machines are old wear down you will notice most of them lost their grip handle bars , most machines be so occupied that you may have to cut your work out short due to the excessive waiting. On the postive end once you enter you feel like you enter a friendly community at first i felt a bit timod but after a few times it becomes motivating constantly seeing the same faces as you walk in you feel like you are on a journey to fitness together also i will say there is a few times i lost my wallet and every single time i was able to retrive it without any issue there was even an time another customer help me look for it and found it together no thieves are in that gym so no need to worry about a lock

I stopped going here because the front desk guy had been using my pass to buy himself water which is just super weird, thank God I didn't have a credit card in my pass. I called management, but no one was available at the time to see my receipt and do something about it. It was like nobody cared really. I switched to a forest hills one now.
