High proportion of Squat racks and deadlift platforms, which is good for me. Can be busy. Better music and aesthetic than some other campus fitness centres.

Small gym, not a big variety of equipment. The schedule can vary a lot depending on holidays, games and other stuff. Not the best experience.

Much regret over purchasing a CFC membership. Constantly and randomly changing hours. Frequently changing hours. Sma facilities that are crowded with long waits for equipment when open. Sub-par equipment. Will not renew beyond my 1st semester. Recommend Pallas Fitness or The Gym Ithaca.

Great place to work out on campus. Can use pool, free weights (including Olympic weights), machines for cardio or resistance training. Staff friendly, helpful, even provide clothes and towels to wellness members. Only downer is poor circulation and no a/c, so some rooms get pretty humid and gamey smelling, but you get used to it.

Teagle Hall has a gym and swimming pool that are open for students to use (and I believe the public as well). It is also used for a lot of the Cornell sports like swimming, gymnastics, and rowing. That can be a bit intimidating but the staff are really nice so I’d definitely recommend going to workout or swim. One thing that is annoying is that there is usually only one (sometimes 2) entrances open which is the one closest to the football field so if you’re walking from central campus you have to go all the way around the building.
