This place used to be so nice but it’s seem management gave up on this location. Everything is broken . Only one toilet working. Hand dryer broken. Lockers broken. No soap to wash hands. Even some of the sinks to wash hands broken. Urinals . I can keep going on smh

I didn’t want to leave bad review, but it has happened twice. Most of the staff members specially they were all guys. They standing at the front desk talking to each other, and some of them showing TikTok videos to others. Meanwhile, sanitizer bottlers are empty, cleaning spray bottles are also empty. And upstairs paper towels are empty too. And one day when I went, I said good morning to the guy at the front desk, and he didn’t even greet me back. He is standing there listening to his music. Now that I don’t go there for greetings. But in customer service business you have to prioritize customer. I am not saying all the staff members are same. But some are not professional. No professionalism, no respect for the customers. Used to be 5 star now it’s 1 star.

The bathrooms are always dirty , why are there skid marks on the toilet ??? Absolutely disgusting. The lockers rooms are dirty too and half of the machines don’t work

Edit: spoke to the head of the desk. Hopefully he will get handled Edit2: they will not kick him out even though video shows him creeping and drinking alcohol. They claim they can’t ask him what’s in his bag, even though he smells like liquor. There’s a gentleman in this gym that comes in with an open can of beer in a brown paper bag and just stares at the ladies. He normally comes in and just stares. I feel unsafe a bit especially because he’s under the influence. But the reason for my 3 star is because he’s constantly permitted into the gym or nobody on the floor notices him walking around with an open thing of beer. Either way, he smells like it and stinks up certain areas where he stands there gawking.

My experience with upper management has been nothing short of frustrating. It feels like the company prioritizes profits over customer loyalty or satisfaction. I’ve had a billing issue where late fees have been charged since July, despite the fact that my payment method has always had sufficient funds. I’ve used the same credit card since 2022 without any prior problems, so why is this suddenly an issue in 2024? If a bank account is the typical requirement for membership, then why accept my credit card as payment in the first place? Now, I’m stuck paying for a membership I no longer want while waiting for a refund. It’s frustrating to deal with a company where it feels like no one has the authority to resolve issues. If loyalty doesn’t matter, then I’d rather be dismissed than ignored. It’s clear they’re more interested in money than in retaining customers. FYI – Both my husband and I will be canceling our Black Card memberships.
