This is a great gym with great people. I will say even though the classes are great for those looking for guidance etc,it can be a bit of an overkill when it's almost everyday, morning and afternoon. There's been a handful of times it has gotten in the way of my workout , especially during leg day. I can't wait for the top floor to open up to see how this will help all members because paying $60-$70 a month for a membership and be told by a coach that a class is starting (basically telling me I need to move) is pretty insulting. I've had to cut my gym sessions short a few times. I think the classes are great, but I think it needs it's own space. Rather than that, love that it's clean and the people are there to work out. Some of the cables need some tlc due to overuse, but they have great equipment selections. I've seen great improvements since I've started and the owner is a great guy. I think he really put his heart into this place. This is a great bodybuilding gym and their success really shows. Alot of positivity in there. I know it's only going to get better! They are very open-minded to suggestions as well.

I just came by for a $20 day pass to try this place out. If you're looking for a gym that's dedicated to weight training, this is the one. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this is a place where people are serious about their fitness goals. The gym is on the smaller side, but don't let that fool you. There's no wasted space on useless machines, and all of the best equipment is available. One of the standout features of this gym is how clean it is. You won't find any grime or dust on the equipment here. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. But the real star of the show here is the equipment. This gym has everything you need to lift heavy and build muscle. And because it's a true lifting gym, you won't find any distractions or interruptions while you're working out. No TVs here, just good music. My favorite machine they have is the pendulum squat. Another thing that sets this gym apart is the people. I came in the morning and everyone was friendly and, and it's clear that they all want to be there. Everyone respects it and each other. Everyone reracks their weights in the right spots and takes care of the equipment. It's clear that this is a gym where people take their fitness seriously. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey at $60 per month. But if the gym stays in this great condition and we continue to have access to all of this amazing equipment and maybe more in the future, it's well worth the investment. If you're serious about lifting this is the gym for you. I plan to switch here in the near future.

Fantastic training facility. The owners are amazing and know what they are doing. They combine a ton of functional and athletic training. The environment is top-notch, the facility is always clean and everyone is there to help each other reach their respective goals. Located in the Wendy's shopping plaza. They're preparing to have a second floor with more training equipment and lockers.

I have seen a tremendous improvement in my body with their classes and techniques. Their coaches truly care about their clients, constantly fixing posture and pushing to finish the reps. I’m so happy I found this gym.
