Positive experience. I come for group classes and the instructors are great, I also like the range of modalities. Would love to not have to bring my own lock or have to borrow one but this is pretty minor. The AC worked well every time for me this summer, unlike the Dumbo location.

This club is amazing! From the front desk to the trainers, David and Haley and to the sales desk and the Spa area, front desk was the kindest. These guys are absolutely pros! I felt so welcomed and part of a family. Thank you so much for making me feel special and that I matter. Can’t wait to start my journey with my trainer on August 1st💚 Excellent club and wonderful staff members. They sure know how to make you feel welcomed. From the front desk manager named Phil who was fantastic from the first email. I emailed and his response time was lighting fast. He answered all my questions and told me to ask for him when I get in that he would gladly show me around. The gym is spotless, equipped with equipment that looks brand new. The sales team is great and the personal trainer is excellent. Highly recommend David! They have a juice bar on the first floor and the club has 4 floors. It’s a walk up, for those who are curious not sure if they have elevators but glad to use the stairs. They offer complimentary alkaline water at the front desk. They also have complimentary locks for your locker. You can trade in your drivers license in exchange for the lock and you can return the key and receive you if back. Sharon at the front desk is the sweetest. Overall you feel so welcomed and treated like royalty. I 💯 precent recommend this location. There is outdoor metered and non-metered parking. Keep optimistic and I am sure you will get a parking spot. Congratulations 🎊 if this review helped you take the plunge and cheers to rest of 2022! You got this💪😎

we went there for an intro class. we left a sweater in the locker, and it was stolen.. at this price point you would expect to have lockers with digital locks, as we were only visiting we didnt know about this and wasnt offered a lock. the overall gym looks tired and the class I tried was not engaging at all. The coach had an injured leg so he wasnt able to show the moves, which would be ok but with so many different level of people in a class everyone was doing something different. I went to visit other options in the area and think there are way better options at this price point.

One of the more outdated clubs, it’s a mess. Ac issues in summer, heat issues in winter. When one Brooklyn club has no hot water (Williamsburg) it says try another…which has no heat ( BH)

They put the chest machines on floor one, bench press on floor 2, and peck deck on floor 3. Serious gym goers, look somewhere else. It feels like my gym is making me do more cardio between machines than during my actual workout! It's like they're sneaking in a "leg day" with my chest routine by forcing me to walk stairs like I'm in a stairmaster race. Next thing I know, they'll be handing out Fitbits at the door and telling me my gains are in the steps.
