If I had to pick one word to describe this place it would be FAMILY! From the first time you walk in the door you are greeted with this moving force of positivity that you would never encounter at a regular gym! The Elite Training squad amiably known as the Guru, Dunderty, the Assassin and the Grim Reaper are going to push you not just physically but mentally. Everyone has those days when you want to stop or quit but with this team they will literally hold your legs up while you fight through it. Before you know what is happening you will seem to have transformed overnight! They genuinely want to guide and inspire you to reach heights you only dreamed about! The best decision I made was to come to this gym and give it a try. I have never been more motivated to get into shape and live a healthier life. The best trainers i have ever had that knew how to really show me results and teach me about nutrition. I look forward to my intense workouts each week. If you want to see results then this is the gym for you. I am in the best shape of my life because of Stay fit culture.

This place is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. With clients that always encourage and push you. Everyone there is invested in your growth. Khalil is an amazing talented trainer who is supremely invested in helping you get to your goals. We worked together for months and it was a great experience. Now I consider them family.
