This place isn’t what it used to be—mainly because it’s so overcrowded, I’m starting to wonder if they’re handing out memberships as door prizes somewhere. The charm and exclusivity are long gone, replaced by what feels like a rush-hour subway experience. Honestly, I think the pricing structure is to blame. Bring the pricing back to $85 per member! Or better yet, charge $130 and include a free ‘crowd repellant’ service. I’d happily pay more if it meant I didn’t have to elbow my way through the masses just to enjoy what used to be a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just not the same anymore, and it’s a shame. This used to be the place to unwind, but now it feels like a chaotic social experiment. Bring back the old experience—it’s what we’re all paying for anyway, right? Right now, it’s less of a premium experience and more of a sardine-can situation. Sincerely, A member since Jeff’s management!

Great Gym! If it was opened in the 1950’s. It’s reassuring to know that my review follows up with their most recent poor reviews. If you have the opportunity to invest your TIME & money somewhere else, please do so. 1. Their customer service is absent to say the least. The encounter with each member is very confrontational and makes you feel so uncomfortable. 2. Communication is poor and their staff following policy is inconsistent. I can give my example of what I’ve witnessed, but the person managing their Google My Business account will respond by saying “thank you for your feedback as we strive to do better!”. When we, paying customers, don’t look for an automatic generic response, we look for some level of customer service. But nope, they take your input and read you their “policy” which is pointless when they’re not consistent. 3. I joined 1 year ago, and they’re still under construction. But they finally opened a restaurant, good for them? Literally a waste of my time and investment in my fitness journey. Attached are images of the same machines I’ve seen for two months , and it’s an eye soar to look at while working out. I can go on and on about this facility, but thankfully I’ve cancelled my membership and learned my lesson to make sure I do greater research when selecting a gym. *I just noticed you can see the black tape they tried to use to hold the wire down 😭 Although this may be a very negative review, I know for others, who are searching for a new home gym, this review will be productive in their research to help save their time and money. It’ll be an insult to get a response from their Google account with some generic review, just like their response to other poor reviews.

It is very unfortunate what is happening in this club. Very bad attitude of the customer service staff. There are no human relations. The people who are at the door discriminate against Hispanics, it is as if they had a problem of Racism against us. On the basketball court with this cold weather they turn on the air conditioning and that can cause a serious injury. Please we need you to respect our rights as members of more than 7 years with you. We do not want that for our children who are also part of the club. The treatment of visitors is very bad, it is as if they are not interested in them also being part of this family. God bless you and we hope that this changes for the good of all 🙏

I did a 5 start review to this place 4 years ago and I have to switch to 1 start and this start its only because its a really nice clean a new facility, but Im being a member for over 9 years and I can tell you that Woodbridge club its not even half of what used to be. 1- front desk staff are really mean they never know anything when you ask them and guve you a bad actitud like if they are not good with their job. 2- before they sell the club maybe 3 years ago any question any complaints you have as a member used to be resolved, now under the the new management they never know anything you go to one person and send you to the other one. 3- I only use the club to go play basketball, the basketball court has a ac system but the staff says “THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO CONTROL IT” and we have to play under the 70 degree what its no good. 4- About payment its only what they says know and you can not even explain to them my card got expired after being the same card in the system for over 6 years so since they was remodeling the basketball and took over 13 months so since I only used tongo for the basketball I keep paying monthly without using the facilities my card hot expired and they charge me a lot of fees instead on just call me and let me know my card was expired. 5- they don't treat the latinos in the same way they treat Americans people, I hope before this place switch to be a racist place and got the worse reputation they make a meeting and do a training with the new staff because the ild staff used to be great 😌 Hope my review will be useful to change whats happening in the club because trust me its a really nice clean and organized facility.

I had a great experience at The Club at Woodbridge. Patti in finance was incredibly helpful, explaining all the membership options and policies clearly when the sales team was unavailable. Their user-friendly website convinced me to visit, and the tour did not disappoint. The renovations, including the nearly completed basketball courts, look fantastic. Thanks to Patti's assistance and the impressive facilities, signing up was a breeze. Highly recommend!
