I was initially hesitant about trying CrossFit because of some negative things I had heard from others, but I decided to give this gym a shot since it was in a convenient location for me. I’m so glad I did! I quickly realized that every gym is different, and the concerns I had didn’t apply to this one at all. The coaches here are amazing—they focus heavily on proper technique and never push you to do anything that might risk injury. At the same time, they’re great at encouraging you to challenge yourself when they know you’re ready for more. The community that Rachel has built is truly special. It’s such a welcoming and supportive environment, not just from the coaches but also from all the members. One of my favorite aspects is the Sunday yoga class with Laura—it’s such a nice way to recover and unwind when you’re feeling sore. If you’re on the fence about CrossFit, I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a game-changer!

Welcoming, understanding and cozy. I’m never done CrossFit before and after an accident I didn't go back to the gym for 2 years. The pace is good and Rachel walks through and explains the forms well. Even the app has the videos which are helpful to see before class. I do recommend don’t be afraid to ask how is my form or can I do a modified version of the exercise.

Terrain Fitness (Rachel and her amazing team) offers a welcoming environment for newcomers like myself. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is inviting, with enthusiastic coaches ready to assist. Plus, the community vibe adds an extra boost of motivation to every workout session. Overall, Terrain Fitness is a fantastic place to break a sweat and make progress towards your fitness goals.

I joined Terrain thanks to my friend, she has been a member for a while and always encourage me to join. She felt like I was going to like it… and boy was she not wrong. It’s been 2 month since I joined Terrain and I really enjoy it. I have pushed myself and have learned so many different techniques. The coaches are great and very knowledgeable and they encourage you to push yourself to the best of your abilities. Due to unforeseen circumstances I will need to pause my membership, but will definitely come back. I will recommend anyone who is interested in learning and pushing themselves to join Terrain. I want to thank all the coaches; they have been so amazing in helping me through my journey.

The moment you step in, the atmosphere is excellent, with awesome coaches, extremely knowledgeable ready to help you achieve your goals. Overall, Terrain Fitness is a fantastic place to be part of and I highly recommend them.
