I started going to AlchemyX in the fall, because I was interested in barre classes. I am now completely in love with every class they offer! I have gotten stronger and I genuinely enjoy going to a workout. The community here is very welcoming- even if you have never done a Pilates-type workout before or haven’t worked out in years- everyone is supportive and you will only get stronger each time you finish a class. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Give it a try!

Love, love, love these classes and instructors! Such a positive and welcoming atmosphere! They make adjustments to your level of fitness which is super helpful for me as a beginner to taking in studio classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging!

My first time ever doing Pilates, and Alchemy X’s Pilates 101 class was great! The teacher is awesome, she gave options for different experience levels as we progressed through the class. I definitely recommend, especially if you’re new to Pilates.
