Gopi Yoga Center - Open During Class Times

Deepest gratitude to Gopi Yoga Center for being a Bhakti sanctuary during the 3 days of my touring through Central NJ. I found the Center when I most needed it, when I was emotionally and physically exhausted mid tour and needed to refill my cup. After the first class on Alignment with Jane, I returned on Day 2 for Vinyasa Flow, a meditation/philosophy class, and a gentle class. Day 3 was vinyasa, hot flow, and Kundalini with Darlene, who served dates and golden milk for a post-class satsang. Because of this sweet space and wonderful teachers, my 3 days here became an unplanned and unofficial DIY yoga retreat. Thank you thank you thank you. 🙏🙏🙏

The Kundalini yoga class was wonderful at Gopi Yoga last night! It is a very special place, special teacher, and I am so happy to be part of it. Even as a novice and someone who has to modify, it totally fills my spirit. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this studio for nearly 10 years, it is absolutely a home away from home. The teachers are incredible- it’s a much deeper yoga experience than I think can be found at many places.

It was my first time taking Kundalini, and it was a great way to start the week! Darlene was a terrific teacher. I will be back!
