SPENGA has brought joy, community, and consistency to my life in so many ways! HIGHLY RECOMMEND treating yourself to the SPENGA experience. The SPENGA team exudes a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Each instructor helps motivate, educate, and keep us accountable to show up for ourselves. SPENGA makes exercise enjoyable and adding yoga to my daily routine has had a big impact on my mental and physical health. So glad to be a part of such a great community!!!

SPENGA has been the perfect workout for me. I have been trying to get back into my college athlete shape and it has really kickstarted that process! I love warming up on the spin bikes, hitting the weights with a little cardio and then finishing with a rejuvenating yoga session. If you’re even thinking about it, I say DO IT.

Such a great workout. I love spin and the spin strength yoga combo is just right! The instructors here are knowledgeable about how to tailor the workout to your level of fitness and make you feel included at any level! I always leave feeling great!

I love spin, strength training and yoga but I do not want to do any one of them for a full hour. This 20/20/20 workout is perfect. I am addicted and seeing great results. The gym is spotless and the instructors are all fabulous!
