Peace Love Yoga & Massage

Highly recommend this yoga studio, their warm and inviting environment makes this place accessible to New comers as much as advanced yoga practitioners. They offer playful classes designed for all levels of experience with the intention to elevate the classes practice overtime. They all seem to be very committed teachers and students. With a big focus on balance, self awareness, breath, and alignment.

I have had my fair share of massages, but the one that Andrew gave me today was by far the best I have ever had. I got a relaxation massage with cupping and left feeling like I was floating. If you’re local and looking for a 20/10 massage, Andrew is your guy! Looking forward to coming back!

Had the BEST massage of my life today with Andrew. He genuinely took his time and made sure to focus on the areas bringing me the most pain. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and really worked my knots without rushing. He was super nice and professional also! The room and table were comfortable and I loved the lights on the ceiling, they were a nice touch! I’d recommend anyone who’s looking for a phenomenal massage to come here! I will never go back to the chain massage places, it’s just not the same.

I have been taking classes at Peace Love and Yoga for a few months.. I was nervous so I started with a few private classes with Natalie and she made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy I found Peace Love and Yoga it’s a place that I feel very safe during these crazy Covid times!! I have done yoga in the past but nothing compared to Natalie’s class She is knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. As someone who hits the gym daily this is my new spot! I have also tried her other instructors and her whole staff is awesome!

Peace Love Yoga has it all! I have a great experience every time I go in there. He is in high demand, but he goes above and beyond to book your massages around your schedule. Yoga sessions with Natalie and all of the other yoga instructors are incredible!
