Alex is part of my sacred space because she is AMAZING as a yoga teacher and a wonderful energy to have in the House of Healing. I've studied yoga all over the country but she's my favorite teacher by far!! Suitable for any level and she's got the best props!! the weighted blanket at savasana is unreal.

The studio is clean and bright, Alex is passionate and the classes are very well thought-out. All skill levels will find something for them in any class offered. Perfect boost to my body and mind!

The best yoga classes I’ve ever taken! The teacher Alex is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. What a beautiful studio and clean space! Definitely check it out!
