I everything about Trinity Wellness. Betsy the owner and all the teachers are wonderful. She has a beautiful boutique here as well. I feel very at home and enjoy the yoga immensely. Much recommended you will love it!

This yoga studio/ crystal shop is amazing you can feel such good vibes as soon as you walk in. I love the knowledge of all the crystals and Betsy's readings are spot on she definitely has the gift. They have all sorts of classes and events its a must check out spot.

Trinity yoga is a wonderful place to start your yoga journey. It is a no judgement zone so do not worry if you never attended a class before. Betsy is very knowledgeable and helps you strive to do your personal best. I highly recommend you attend a class, no matter what level you are. Definitely attend a class on the beach. You will not regret it!

So grateful to have found a fabulous yoga studio that offers early am classes. Every teacher is unique and amazing. Since I was very new to yoga I was nervous. All the teachers have made me feel comfortable and I have self confidence now. Yoga has made me feel happy and grounded. i highly recommend this studio. They also offer virtual classes

Had a reading done by Betsy today and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful lady so close to home that I can go to for guidance. She was so great and genuine, which was such a relief since I've encountered "readers" in the past who were not honest or even ethical. Which is why I haven't had a reading in about 15 years.
