Shane is one of the Best inspiring and passionate trainers that I have ever met! He will encourage you before, during and after your training session! He is not only a personal trainer but his character also embodies strength and conditioning coach, health and fitness coach, and a motivational coach! He will push you to your potential but he will also be patient with you, understanding and dedicated to your fitness goals! Lastly, he is extremely professional and he has a remarkable story behind his passion and purpose!! Signing up with his program is a great investment!!

Shane is one of the most uplifting, amazing and talented people I have ever known. He will better you in every physical way, not only instructing but teaching you the importance behind each exercise. He will kick your ass and will also make you a better person. Go check out West Point Training, you will not be disappointed. I am lucky to have benefited from his training classes but to also to know Shane on a personal level. You will not find a better trainer or person.

Shane at West Point is an incredible trainer and an even better person! While I don’t train with him directly, my sister does, and I’ve seen firsthand the amazing impact he’s had on her fitness and confidence. He’s also shared countless valuable health and fitness tips with me, and his deep knowledge and passion for what he does really shine through. Over time, Shane has become like family to us—he genuinely cares about the people he works with and goes above and beyond to support them.
