Best crossfit gym ever. Everybody is super friendly, coaches are very professional, and they make sure you are performing well at all times. The atmosphere is on another level. I highly recommend this crossfit gym to anyone.

From 15 year olds to youthful older folks (and even expectant mothers!), this place really knows how to help everyone get the most out of the CrossFit experience. The coaches are true professionals and are always watching and giving individual pointers to fix your posture etc, and know exactly which modifications work best if you have surgeries or other issues. I moved from NYC and have been coming for a little over 8 months now. I had joined others that were intimidating or just focused on their best students, which left me feeling discouraged. But at CFPV I’m motivated to come consistently and am finally achieving my fitness and weight loss goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone wanting to get in great shape, and also be part of a warm and welcoming gym environment!

I love this place. They make you feel at home. Pete is excellent at training and making sure you’re doing the exercise the right way. All the trainers make you feel welcome even if you’re new they make sure you understand. The classes are different exercises every time you won’t get bored. The people are friendly and family oriented. GO CROSSFIT!

This is such an amazing gym. The members treat each other like family. The gyn is extremely clean and the owner always follows covid guidelines. If you’re looking for motivation, this is where you start. I am a single mom of three and making it to the gym could be difficult. The owner Pete always makes sure to reach out and ask how my fitness goals are going. The owners card about you as an individual!

I have a true but funny story as to how I found this place, totally by accident. Pre-pandemic there was TD Bank right across the street. It was was Saint Pats and there is a bar next door, and I see the patrons of the bar beer, in hand, cigs in mouth, and what looks like Olympic triathletes working out next door in the street. The two side by side looked hysterical on a winter morning. I mean, I see them running in like 20 degree weather it just looked crazy, while the patrons puffed away. I thought to myself you'll never catch me doing that! Well I am now a member for 4 months and I love it. The owners are the nicest people. The main owner is Pete and he is the nicest, funniest guy. He knows his stuff and goes thru everything. When we started, ( my husband, brother and myself)we obviously had never done anything resembling this,, Pete and his wife Jamie never made us feel like we couldn't do it. In fact, to accommodate the fact we were newbies, and not make us feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed he modified whatever exercises we couldn't do. He even gives you a couple of group classes to see if it's for you no obligation. We were hooked the first class, not just by his personality, and his wife's welcoming demeanor, but the members treat you like your part of a community. This workout challenges you with your peers in friendly competition and support. Cross Fit, but specifically the way Pete designs and teaches it, here at Passaic Valley, helps everyone reach their goals, while challenging your mind to engage in the different daily exercises. I'd be here all night telling you how great these people are, while getting the most out of the physical and mental conditioning. This literally helps my mind and body, plus seeing the change in my waistline helps too!
