I found Burn back in March needing motivation to workout. I love the group setting, variety of workouts each week that include strength and cardio with some of the BEST trainers around! Ashley, Kelly and Sandra always push me to do my best and to lift heavier! They focus on form, but the most important thing is it’s fun and you can be sure to make your workout with their childcare. My daughters love coming to the gym with me. I highly recommend the gym to any moms or dads looking to get your workout in! It’s a great and inspiring community with members at all levels - very inclusive. Thanks BURN 💙

So much good about this gym! It’s not just a place to workout - it’s a community! From the free childcare to the amazing trainers, and community of people to build you up. I’ve met some of the greatest people after joining burn. Everyone is supportive, uplifting, and just overall amazing. We celebrate each others wins, milestones, and birthdays! So grateful for this place and these people!

I have found a real community and have fallen in love with working out thanks to Burn! The amount of activities they always have lined up for us members is impressive. The trainers and all staff members are friendly and caring; always welcoming you with a big smile. Trainers take their time to work with you and help you do your best. Child-watch is the best feature! My kids love when we go to Burn together and they have built their own tiny community in there! Focus meetings are very helpful to brainstorm ideas for nutrition or any other question you might have.

Joining Burn boot camp has helped me get back into working out and achieving my fitness goals. It’s a no judgment zone, the owner and trainers are welcoming and really care about helping you. This is legit the best community you will ever surround yourself with and the best workouts you could ever ask for. Burn gives a whole new meaning to group fitness. Universal membership is great for when traveling, not only at Springfield but at all the other Burns I’ve visited, everyone is so supportive of one another and welcoming. Childcare staff is amazing and great with the children. They make it super fun for the kids. I realized this even more so when I picked my little one up from school and she burst into tears when I said we’re not going to the gym I already went 😁. I could go on and on because this gym has changed my life and I absolutely love it. I’ve made some friends for life getting together regularly outside of Burn 💙
