LA Fitness

There are more than 10 machines that need to be repaired. Lack of Management experience, men's restrooms always smell bad and need better maintenance. Update... They fixed many of the machines. Only 1 leg press machine is still out of service. Will rate gym now 4 stars.

The cleanliness in a place like this should be maintained frequently throughout the day, especially in the bathrooms, due to the high daily traffic of people. Lately, the machines appear to be out of service, and there is no visible effort from the management to repair them. The gym is less than 3 years old, yet it already looks like a place with many more years without responsible care and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.

I’m a recent LA fitness member so I haven’t seen too many locations but I liked the set up of this location. The equipment looks new and there are a lot of options to choose from. I like that their personal training area is big and in the middle. I’m usually more in North Jersey but wouldn’t mind coming here when I’m in the area.

I used to be working out with LA fitness years back and came to this location again , after 4/5 years . Loved it . Good location , very close to so many other shops in oak tree road . Good facility with so many things to work out . 🏋️‍♀️ I like the weights area but it gets crowded in peak times and you hardly get a bench . I also like ellliptical machines and they have plenty. My wife likes the aerobics classes . Spin classes are good too. Lots of parking outside . Change rooms are good . Overall a good experience… 👍👍

I give it a solid TWO only because I’ve been to better LA’s. There doesn’t appear to be ONE SINGLE smith machine or machines that don’t move and rotate when you sit on them. There’s only 2 freestanding smith machines. Big no no. Not a fan. Won’t be returning. This is a budget Planet Fitness.
