Place is awesome. Infrared saunas are nice and hot. You have your own private sauna as well which is great! Cold plunge it nice, clean, and COLD. Sam, the owner, has a background is sports and exercise so he understands what the body needs to recover. Will most definitely be back!

We had a great experience trying the cold plunge and sauna today. The space is really nice and very clean. We look forward to returning and checking out the classes in the future!

Stopped here today to check out the Sauna and Cold plunge. Great experience its clean , and private with everything you may need. Sam is very helpful. Highly recommend I look forward to returning

No better way to start the day than the infrared sauna and cold plunge. It was super clean and easy to navigate. Sam was very helpful and explained each step thoroughly. I’m super excited to be a member at 94 Wellness!!

Tried the cold plunge for the first time! Great new addition to the area! - private rooms - new / modern / clean - friendly / welcoming staff - plenty of parking - reasonable prices
