Consistently great experience, workouts are varied and methodically improve each muscle group to produce great results. I experience Dave to be a great balance of challenging and supportive, would recommend to anyone.

I've got to hand it to Dave - the guy's always 'on' first thing in the morning, even when I'm barely functioning. Today's class was no different: he was there to give me a boost during my least favorite rotation. Sometimes it's a minor adjustment to my technique, and other times it's just some friendly banter on the bike to take my mind off things.

I’ve been working with Dave at Two Wolves for nearly two years. My strength, endurance and overall fitness level have increased substantially since joining. Small group training is offered, as close to personal training as you can get, but with a reasonable monthly membership cost. Workouts are varied and effective. All members are friendly and encouraging.

I strongly recommend this gym. In the last 9 months I have lost over 40 pounds and managed to increase my strength at the same time. The classes are all challenging enough to push those who are more advanced but also scaleable for people with less experience. The owner/trainer Dave is incredible to work with. Always upbeat and informative. He is always willing to offer ways to customize your workout for your individual goals. The workouts made me stronger and more fit on their own but it wasn’t until I started to listen to Dave’s advice on diet that I really saw significant changes.

I really enjoy working out at Two Wolves with Dave. Great workouts. The exercises are challenging and love having conditioning classes which my old gym no longer provided. Highly recommend this gym.
