I have been member since open , I will never say good morning again, at least to the owner who has no education at all. It is a disgrace when a client comes in the morning and says good morning and you remain silent as if the other person were an animal. Shhh, and it is not the first time. Another thing is the cleanliness, the floor is always dusty.

Working out in the dark. This gym always turns the lights off 20 minutes before closing. Due they realize this is a safety hazard? This is an intimidation tactic to try and force members to leave the gym early. Well, someone's going to get hurt one day. Just make an announcement about time left like most gyms do. The lights thing is ridiculous.

I absolutely love this gym. The friends I have made and the muscle gains have been phenomenal. People greet you on the way in and some have given tips that have helped me achieve my goals. The staff and trainers are always available and do not hunt you down but always make themselves available to help, answer questions and train. Wouldn't give this up at all.

I have been a member of this Retro since it's opening in 2007. While it's changed aesthetically over the years, some things haven't. Please, please open on time in the morning...I along with other long-time members just want to get in on time so that we can get our day started. Not to be annoying or anything of that nature. While it may sound petty to complain about opening 2 or 3 minutes late, this impacts the length of time we have to get our workout on in order to feel productive for the day. For the past two weeks the facility has opened a few minutes late almost on a daily basis, even though Jim gets there about 10-15 minutes prior to opening. Most gyms nowadays have the option to allow members access to the gym 24/7 with a key swipe. Perhaps this could be an option in the future. Or maybe open at 4:30am since this location is now overrun with New Year's resolution members. It used to be a great space to work out in the early morning; now it's barely tolerable due to the late openings and crowds. Please take this into consideration from a member who has been paying you on a monthly basis for 17 years. Thank you kindly.

Nicole the Fitness Director submits EXCELLENT fitness challenges every month. This month she used this infinite ladder machine called Jacob’s Ladder that I have walked by a million times and never seen. Turns out, not only is it an incredible workout, but it’s fun. The gym is great, it has all the equipment I need, they sell the MetRX protein bars I need, they have a heavy bag, and plenty of space. Nicole herself is awesome and if you get a chance to work with her she’s excellent. 10/10. Highly recommend.
