Naturally Yoga

Practicing at Naturally Yoga is a beautiful experience. There’s a good selection of classes and the times they are held. The instructors each have their own style and methods of teaching which gives you a nice variety from which to choose. The studio has beautiful hand painted murals, warm colors, soft lighting and a clean shiny wood floor. There’s all sorts of workshops and special events. You’ll find a caring community that will enrich your mind, body and soul.

I LOVE NATURALLY YOGA!!!!! It is not just a great yoga studio, it is a place of empowerment and growth!! Sheryl, the owner is AMAZING. Highly gifted and filled with LOVE. You feel good inside and out when you leave. Thank you Sheryl, for adding inner growth and spirituality to the classes.

This is a fine yoga studio to begin a practice or continue with a practice. The teachers are very informative and it shows in the way they speak and offer suggestions. Margie offers a slow a gentle yoga which is absolutely the best way to unwind. I like the fact that its about the only studio in our Bergen co area that offers mid day classes. Not everyone has time early in the morning and the classes are suitable for a wide range of learners. The studio is not huge but unless it s not international peace day, then there is plenty of room for all.

This authentic and spirited yoga studio has a dedicated and welcoming community . It's a GEM. Make sure you experience a class with Sheryl the owner and spiritual director.
