I joined Blue Titan almost 4 years ago when I started my semi-retired life. I was a bit tentative being an older athlete, however the coaches were very easy to approach and the atmosphere in the gym was very supportive. This made it easy to want to work out several days a week. Before I knew it the coaches new every one of my weaknesses and abilities. They are always ready to help me scale a move to something I am capable of doing . Over these past 4 years the coaches have helped me improve my life, health, strength and endurance. I now feel more physically fit then I have in decades. What they are teaching you, at any age, will improve your skills and strength. I have found this to be a truly unique experience at Blue Titan, the coaches know every athlete and how to be safe but also motive each person. You get to know the other athletes and it’s easy to workout several times aI week as others help to motivate you at each workout. Kind of hard to imagine but I look forward to working out, and if I don’t make it to the gym, I feel like I missed something. It really is a great place to become CrossFit strong.

Blue Titan is fantastic! Friendly and welcoming environment with attentive and knowledgeable coaches. Good variety of classes/times with challenging and motivating workouts for all fitness levels. Gym is clean and well maintained and offers variety of other supports (nutrition/accountability etc). Happy to be a part of this supportive community!

I joined the 6 week challenge and knew within the first week that I wanted to be a part of the team beyond that. I started with zero gym knowledge past running on a treadmill. Those first 6 weeks I dropped 11 pounds and now that I'm 3 months in I've hit 20 pounds down. Every coach I've come across is so knowledgeable and supportive. They will customize every class routine for each individual person and make sure you are challenged every time. They will keep track of your PR's with you and push you to do more than you thought you could. Proud to be a Blue Titan!

This was my first time trying CrossFit and everyone was super welcoming and helpful when introducing the workouts. Even for the tougher Olympic weightlifting moves 🏋️, the coaches ensured that I was working on good form while still pushing me for an effective workout. Class sizes are definitely on the smaller size but I honestly don’t mind at all since it gives more personalized instruction. So far, really enjoying it!

After Covid and a few years off from the gym, I needed to change my lifestyle. The BT staff has been great! They gave me a nutrition plan, weekly weigh-ins, and constant accountability. The staff idle amazing, supportive, and knowledgeable. The members are great! Best decision that I’ve been made!
