FLX FLO Pilates

I had such a positive experience at FLX FLO! The studio is beautiful and everyone was so welcoming. I have only ever done mat Pilates, I never used the reformer before, but I wanted to give it a try. Marie walked me through each step and helped me so much during the class. I loved it! This is a very welcoming space and I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for years and Marie is truly one of the best instructors I’ve had! She knows how to engage and work muscles I didn’t even know I had, and in a way that leaves me feeling strong and stretched. I also love that she focuses on proper form, and even when I’m in a full class it seems like she’s really able to attend to all of us. The studio itself is also great - super bright and clean, and another reviewer used the word “oasis” which is perfect! It’s like a little Pilates oasis tucked away in Red Bank. Highly recommend this studio and Marie!!

I have tried a lot of local Pilates studios and I love FLX FLO. The instructors are the best in the area. They are supportive and caring and at the top of their game. Even if you take the same class each week; they are never the same, which keeps you engaged. The environment is perfect. If you love Pilates reformer, give FLX FLO a try.
