One of the best and biggest gyms I have ever seen in NJ ,has like 4 boxing rings ,happy to be apart of his team as a boxing trainer now ,and the owner of the gym is a great guy and has helped me so much ,👊👊😇

Simple, old school boxing. Great class for kids. Builds skill, confidence, and commradery. Highly recommend.

This facility has it all. Multiple rings, weights, exercise equipment, tons of different bags and striking tools and plenty of space to move around and train. I haven’t had gloves on for the past 10 years and I finally decided to join. It has been nothing but positivity and a warm welcome every time I come in for a workout. It’s a gem that can be easily overlooked if you don’t stop in and see for yourself. I highly recommend it.

Stopped here looking for a “convenient” boxing gym and found a second home. Coach Bill, Coach Heidi, and the members of ODBC are very welcoming and just great people. It’s a place to look forward to coming everyday. No matter what level of boxing - this gym is great at helping everyone develop.
