Really good gym, well maintained, neat and clean. Good equipment to use. They have separate sections for cardio, strength training and stretching. Staff is polite and well behaved. Location is good, on the main road in Skillman.

It's small, but it has just everything you need to get a good workout. It's always clean, and the members are respectful of others, i.e., they wipe the equipment and return the weights to the rack after use. I love the signs posted around the main room with the free weights and machines (see photos). I only wish the TVs over the treadmills would work. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to change the music to my favorite --- 70's rock n roll 😉 The friendly factor of the front desk has improved dramatically since Clarinda has come on board as a manager. She is great! Irvin is also a great addition to the front desk staff. He always has a smile and a friendly greeting when I check in.😀

I love the non fluff gym. Though basic, it meets the needs of a serious workout. Though small, it has all the necessary equipment, which never gets too crowded. I have never waited for equipment. Friendly staff and clean environment and affordable.

Update after weeks going: it's still as clean as I saw it on the first day, which is a delight and already with that I'm sold in comparison to other gyms I've been to, including major chains. Karen is super helpful and nice. She is a star of the gym. Besides this, it's been great to see that whenever I go there is enough machines to do my workout. The few times there was another person, they were consious and shared the machine, taking turns between series and rests. So this has also been refreshing in comparison to other gyms where they appropriate machines (resting in them even), until they are done. The rooms they have for non-machine workouts have been always available as well to stretch (also great in comparison to other gyms, where sometimes there are so many classes, that you don't have where to stretch) Initial review: Clean, friendly and no hard annoying sales like in other gyms. Small but there is enough machines for the people going. I've never have had to wait.

Small low maintained gym, without enough ventilation for cold/flu season. Most equipments are broken. Adjusting tools requires professional training or help from front desk otherwise there are safety concerns. TVs never work. I don’t recommend this place.
