Do yourself a favor and stop by here for a class. I guarantee you will receive a very warm welcome by the owners, a warm welcome by the instructor, and a warm welcome by the other class participants. No one here cares about your current fitness level or what you look like. It is such a positive and peaceful environment to be in. I feel like I found GOLD when I discovered this studio.
