I recently stumbled across Be Healthy Personal Trainer when doing a quick Google search for gyms in my area. I read the reviews and figured it would be worth a shot to check it out. I just completed my free evaluation with Dara and I can’t say enough about how warm and welcoming she made me feel. The facility is immaculate and has all of the equipment I have been exposed to at traditional gyms. I’ve been to other trainers in the past and they have never provided me with such a deep understanding of how to achieve my goals safely and effectively. We spoke about diet and where most trainers would be super critical from the start, Dara was supportive and helped me to understand how I can still enjoy myself but make better choices. I never once felt embarrassed, which I think is super important to keep me moving forward. I am looking forward to Dara’s custom workout plan and finally getting back to a healthier version of myself. Thank you, Dara! I am excited to get started!

I wanted to find a small facility where my teenage son and I could work out together. He's on the autism spectrum, so it was important to me to find a place where he can be himself, and I don't have to feel like I need to micromanage him. We are learning how to lift weights and exercise with proper form. The personal trainers are encouraging, patient, and observant. They craft a routine for your specific goals and ability, and they never hesitate to explain how to do the exercises. It's amazing how quickly you start to build muscle here. I appreciate the challenging workouts prepared for me and my son, and if he needs to walk around or take a break or sit down for a bit, they support him and encourage him. It means a lot to me to be able to do my own work out in other parts of the facility without worrying about him. I love that I'm meeting people and making friends! I appreciate the small group sizes and the convenient times offered throughout the day Monday through Saturday. You can book your sessions online or on their app, and you pay weekly. I've seen people of all ages and abilities here, and it's great to see everyone doing their own workouts and pushing themselves to be stronger. It's a welcoming place for all, and they have an amazing therapy dog there to brighten your day. They offer HIIT and Zumba workouts. You also get a free trial to feel things out, so don't be nervous to give it a try.

As someone who always felt intimidated by traditional gyms, this has been such a great experience. Dara is so kind and knowledgeable and all of the coaches are very encouraging. The programs they customize to you are full body workouts but won't leave you feeling exhausted. I've never been so motivated to work out. I can't wait to see my progress a year from now.

I trained with Dara for over a year and would still be training with her if it weren't for me moving. Dara and her team have been the main reason I was able to achieve my goals and stay consistent and constantly motivated in my journey to live a healthy lifestyle. I had a previous back injury and Dara went above and beyond to make sure that the programs she put together for me were still challenging yet didn't cause any pain for my back. She consistently checked in with me after workouts to see how I was doing and genuinely cared about the progress I was making. If you follow her program and keep yourself accountable you will see results! Dara is an amazing trainer and has created a great foundation for me to work off of!

I started working with Dara immediately after being release from 12 weeks of physical therapy from my shoulder surgery in February. Not only has my shoulder healed and strengthened tremendously, but I’m losing weight, gaining muscle, and improving my overall fitness. Between my one-on-one sessions with Dara and the home program she has developed for me, I’m more consistently in the gym than I have been in the past 25 years! I couldn’t recommend Be Healthy PT more!
