RPP Baseball Paramus has been one of the best experiences we’ve had with coaching and training in baseball. As a father of 4 boys, who have all played baseball and as a coach myself, I’ve entered my youngest into the program. From Day 1, RPP has some of the best trainers, programs and techniques for getting your athlete to the next level. While it may be a little more expensive than other club teams, the training you get at RPP Paramus far outweighs the cost. Five Stars!

The best place to work out!! Can't say enough positive things!!!! My 15 year old son started training at RPP after sustaining an elbow injury from baseball and the physical therapist felt it would be a great adjunct to his therapy. He started with an individual assessment and a specific strengthening program was created which met his individual needs and goals. I am impressed by their use of technology and their data and research driven programs. The instruction and supervision from each one of the trainers has been outstanding! They work in small groups and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable about exercise science. Coming from a therapy background myself I was so happy to see such an emphasis on proper form and mechanics that would no doubt help my son heal quickly and prevent future injury. The strength training has also given my son a new level of confidence and even his coaches have remarked what a change it has made. Thank you to Robbie for the personal interest you have shown in my son's development and training. I am very confident that thanks to Nunzio, and all the others at RPP my son is a much better athlete and will continue to grow and improve with their programs. Would highly recommend training at Rockland Peak Performance!!

If the goal for your son or daughter is to get bigger, faster, stronger, look no further than RPP. The facility itself is gorgeous and clean. All the training is personalized, not cookie-cutter like most other facilities. All their workouts circuits are supervised by highly trained personel. All their biometric equipment is high-end. Nunzio and company are gurus in interpreting the metrics and implementing specific approaches to maximizing your personal gains.

My 17 year old has been training at RPP for over 6 months and my 14 year old for 2 months. The professionalism of the staff and the thoroughness of the pitching and strength programs for my 17 year old led us to enroll my 14 year old. Nunzio and his pitching staff are very specific in assessing the boys and modifying their workouts and pitching drills as they progress. They, along with the trainers, have all been extremely qualified assisting my boys with proper form for pitching drills and strength/mobility training to get results without compromising their health and safety. The results speak volumes, with my 17 year old increasing his velocity by 7mph in a structured program over time without any injuries. We are anticipating even better results over more time with no gimmicks, but rather individually tailored training and hard work.

Training consistently at RPP played an essential role in helping my two sons get recruited to play college baseball. What sets this facility apart is the thoroughness of the initial athlete assessment, overseen by Nunzio Signore, who then designs a uniquely individualized workout plan to maximize each player's full potential. This state of the art facility, with top trainers, instructors, and management is a must for anybody trying to play at the next level. Although RPP is primarily known for working with ballplayers, all student-athletes would benefit from RPP's sport-based training. My 16-year-old daughter is a swimmer and has been doing her dry-land training exclusively at RPP for over a year; she credits the hard work she does there as the reason she continues to get stronger and ultimately faster in the pool.
