The Yoga Haven instructors provide such wonderful, personal attention. The studio is small enough to be able to offer that personal touch, yet large enough to offer a wide range of classes (beginner, intermediate and advanced). I am so glad I found Yoga Haven !

This is the place for real yoga. no gimics, no weight loss programs, just yoga. You can choose how you want to form your yoga practice with the help of the instructors and not feel pressured to do anything u don't want to. You come out of classes feeling truly renewed.

Intimate setting, special attention to your needs, great instructors. Relaxing and comfotable. Where else can you find a place like this for yoga?
