All brand new equipment, never too busy during the night time, always clean, good variety of music, other members are respectful. The gym has a powerlifting section with top equipment as well as a posing room for people to take pictures in. There’s enough room to do exercises such as walking lunges. Locker room is clean and has a sauna and a cold plunge. Best gym in the area by far.

Mostly clean, old school style gym. Very nice members and staff. Beautiful squat rack room with lots of weights. Even when it’s the most busy you’ll find something to do. You can tell they’re a gym that is high on “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix them or buy new”. I sometimes get disappointed seeing new gyms just buy and buy new equipment almost as if to try impress. This gym has tons of new and recycled equipment which in my opinion is also extremely environmentally friendly.

Honestly One of the best gyms I’ve been to in a while the staff there is great. They have a lot of great equipment. They have like every machine you can think of. I could spend the entire day there if I wanted to. The atmosphere there is great and it’s a cool place to be.

Best gym in the area, the owners keep this place running efficiently from working equipment, a clean environment they constantly are making upgrades or updating the entire gym. If you’re into good vibes And a badass gym this is the place to check out !
