Let me just start by saying that this review is not in regards to the actual services they provide because I never got a chance to use them. Perhaps, they’re the best thing ever but…. I wanted to schedule an appointment and initiative filled out a form online requesting one. Few days later I got a call from the rep. We went through the whole appointment, scheduling process date and time, and then she proceeded to ask me for my credit card “to be on file “. When I stated that don’t feel comfortable, providing my credit card, especially to be on file at a place that I’ve never used and I don’t know if I’m gonna like it used in the future and will pay for my visit. She proceeded to tell me that she promises not to charge my card, but would just like to have it on file anyway once again, I declined to wish she responded that policy and without my credit card on file, they cannot schedule an appointment. After canceling my appointment not sure if this is a specific policy for this particular location or if it’s the policy of stretch lab to begin with, but I find it quite concerning that before, anybody actually steps their foot into their location or uses a minute of their service credit card is already collected. This is quite unfortunate because I certainly could use a good stretching. They are right in town where I work so potentially this place could’ve been something I use on regular basis, but I certainly would not ever leave my credit card on file in advance. Quite disappointed.
