The worst experience I’ve had in my life, I felt discriminated against for asking my money back. The manager kept shouting at me and calling me disrespectfully by my name. I canceled my classes in February 2024, and 6 months later, they kept charging me because they didn’t cancel them, they just froze them. I approached to request a refund, and she started yelling at me. I asked for the corporate number or someone I could speak to, and she told me I wasn’t going to speak to anyone else and that I should leave the establishment Because she was going to call the cops and that it will be worse for me (she heard me speaking Spanish to my mom)

This location of Club Pilates is great! I have tried many different styles of classes here (reformer flow, suspend, fit, and cardio sculpt) and enjoy them all for different reasons. The instructors are friendly and informative, and always ask about any injuries before beginning class. You can truly find a class style and instructor that works for you!

Great staff and instructors! Class goes by super fast and you get a really good workout! They pay very close attention to your form so you don’t injure yourself. Give the free trial class a shot!

This place has been the worst establishment I've visited in a long time. I was present when a client attempting to cancel her membership was verbally abused and attacked. She was threatened with immigration because of her ethnicity and her language as she was speaking Spanish. Please do better. Must I tell you, this does NOT service whites only.

I joined the Pilates club in November 2023 and enjoyed the clean facility and the insightful classes I was able to attend. However, my experience with their customer service has been frustrating. In February, I needed to freeze my account due to a new job that required extensive travel. The freeze was for three months, and I appreciated the courtesy calls I received when my freeze periods were ending. Unfortunately, when my most recent freeze ended on September 9th, I did not receive any notification. When I contacted the club, I was told I had been called and emailed, which was simply NOT TRUE. The individual that I spoke with insisted I had been notified and also claimed I could use 8 credits within two weeks—despite how difficult it is to book desired classes, as they fill up quickly. While I had a positive experience with the actual classes and the facility itself, this mishandling of communication and the misleading information from staff left me disappointed.
