I can't say enough good things about this yoga studio! Whether you're looking for a challenging heated class or a peaceful session in the non-heated room, there's something for everyone. The sense of community here is unmatched—everyone feels like family, and the owner goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and supported. It’s clear that they truly care about their students, and that kind of warmth makes all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice in a positive and inclusive environment!

2nd Review I went with a friend to a special sound healing session with Ben. It was phenomenal! Very soothing. Ben explained the Chakras but I was too exhausted to understand. It didn't effect the session - totally healing! The class was packed, but the studio was large so there was plenty of room between the 20+ attendees. Highly recommend Santokh Yoga & Wellness Spa !!! 1st Review I took a Restorative Yoga class at the Santokh Yoga and Wellness Center last week. It was just what the Doctor ordered ! The workout spaces are soothing - impecably clean and sparse. The instructor was fabulous. I was just walking by and the owner let me try their current special - 3 classes for $30 & 1 class for $15. That's a great deal. It reminded me of Qwell - which I still miss! They have Soundhealing and yoga classes as well as special workshops. The owner is wonderful ! Give Santokh a try !

Love this studio! Great options for both hot and non-hot classes. The instructors and owner are lovely; very friendly and knowledgeable! Always available for questions before/after classes. The entire space is super clean - restrooms with showers for a quick post class cleanse if needed! Cubbies to store personal belongings and shoe-less entry! Classes are intimate and instruction is thorough! Affordable rates too! Thank you Santokh for making my yoga practice so enjoyable!

I love hot yoga and this studio is clean and centrally located. Some parking available with the AM classes. I haven’t been at night so I don’t know the parking challenges during those times. Beautiful bamboo floors in the hot yoga studio. The Non-Hot studio is not cold. It’s comfortably warm. Clean bathrooms. Water available. And they will work out a senior discount for you.

Santokh was such a great experience. Our instructor Jessica lead a very interactive and engaging class that we’re excited to take again. The owner Inder was very kind and welcoming, & we can’t wait to return!!
