F45 Training Millburn

The F45 studio in millburn is truly a community. After years away from F45, I moved to the area and was looking for a way to get back into wellness and fitness. I joined during the Fall challenge and was embraced by the coaches and team. Everyone has made me feel welcome and encouraged me to do my best. There is no shame or negativity- it is all teamwork and positivity which can be tough to find in the group fitness world. I couldn’t recommend the studio enough!

I have loved F45 workouts for years, and the Millburn location is a step above the rest. Awesome energy and vibes coupled with great coaches and support make for a GREAT workout every time!

The workouts are challenging, the staff are great and the place has energy. I really needed something different and F45 (Millburn NJ) is doing the trick!

I am so happy that I joined F45 Millburn in 2022. I was able to stay consistent with my workouts because of how great the classes and coaches are. This location is super welcoming and the energy is so postive. Special shout-out to Coach Dave for always pushing me to lift heavier weights and to pedal faster on the bikes!

My daughter and I started at Millburn F45 about 2 months ago and could not be more satisfied. She had not worked out before and they gave her the attention, guidance and encouragement she needed to jump right in. Great facility, trainers, and energy.
