On my way home from visiting relatives in PA I figured I would look for a local gym to get a quick workout. I was pleasant surprised when I came across this hidden gem. One of the cleanest gyms I'd ever stepped foot in with the nicest owner/owner's wife I've ever met. Anytime I'm out this way I will stop in for a Great work out on Great equipment with a Great atmosphere. 👍

Great place to workout, been a member since they opened. Lots of equipment, good hours ...the owners, Joe Marie and George are wonderful folks.
