Best gym! All of the coaches bring the best energy and motivate you to do better every class. I have tried a ton of group fitness gyms in the last few years and in my opinion Sets is the best at building community while still being super welcoming. I recommend it to everyone!

SETS of Old Bridge is fantastic! The workouts are awesome, offering a great mix of exercises that keep things fresh and challenging. The trainers are exceptional—always motivating and knowledgeable. I've seen a significant increase in my strength since I started. The group atmosphere is incredible, filled with like-minded people who make working out even more enjoyable. SETS Middletown/Old Bridge are the best gyms! If you are looking for an awesome workout and motivating/ inspiring team of coaches come here. You will never get bored as the workouts are always different and they offer modifications for all different levels of training. I have tried various other gyms over the years and SETS is by far my favorite!

I joined Sets in Middletown as a very inexperienced beginner. My first class was with Ryan and it was one of the best experiences. He was fantastic about modifications since I really had no idea what to expect. I have attended about 20 classes since then and each and every class has been amazing and I feel like each time I can do more than I did the last time. The coaches are awesome, energetic and definitely challenge me. I never feel like I’m out place there. There are athletes and people like me who are just getting started. I look forward to all the classes I go to.. every time a little nervous about what we’re in store for and then I leave feeling incredible, accomplished and excited for the next class. Joining Sets was something completely out of my comfort zone but my mental and physical health are really benefiting from my time there!
