I am loving the high energy classes and the nutrition guidance. All the instructors are fun and keep the classes fresh, never boring or repetitive. I love the music, it's so high energy! 45 minutes fly by! Highly recommend.

The best gym is the one you go to every day or most of the days of the week. That’s how Max is, the group training, motivation and friendly environment that it provides makes it a great place for workout! Adelina, Michele and Alison and all the other friendly instructors make sure that everyone is taking care of. It can be a life changing experience for some people who are too busy with work- life challenges or health problems. I personally look forward to going to the Max every morning and recommend it for all age groups!

I have been a Manalapan Maxer for several years. I took a hiatus in 2019 and now am back. My squad, Marlboro Emergency Services was part of the Marlboro Day of Giving and I was privileged to be a winner of a 10 week challenge. Every class is always a challenge- testing boundaries with the support of the class instructors and fellow Maxers. It never ceases to amaze me the different routines at each session. Never dull always exhilarating. The best 45 minutes of my day. I was really surprised when I looked at my Oura ring stats after a kick boxing class that I burned 845 in calories. This is a workout. Fun and quick. Plus with the In house nutritional advise and the weekly meal plans and the assistance of an app that makes tracking metrics simple and fun. I can go on.

I can't believe I'm actually excited to get up for a 6am class at the gym. The people here are kind, motivating and welcoming. Randi is an amazing instructor and pays attention to individuals needs without calling us out or pushing too far. We never repeat the same workout, so it never gets boring. Always a new challenge. You get out of it what you put in, so show up and do the work, and you'll feel the progress!
