My husband and I have been working out with Dave for close to 13 years, 8 years ago our son joined in on the fun. He is extremely flexible and customizes each of our work outs. Thanks Mr. Dave for doing such a great job.

He’s the best trainer in the world! He’s such a great guy and helped me make my varsity soccer team! He has excellent equipment and a great workout place. When it’s nice out, you are also able to workout with him outside. He’s a very nice man and will help you get stronger and in better shape. I highly recommend him! He’s the best!
