I'm a newbie and I have A LOT of injuries. Her approach and focus on technique has already made a difference. I am sore but I am not in pain. Janet is empowering and kind; very sensitive to her clients physical and emotional needs. I only wish I started pilates with her sooner.

I have been doing Pilates with Janet for 10 years an it is my stress release, my strength, my one constant even through injuries. I don't know what I would do with my Pilates..... Janet is the very best!!!
