I have used a "Bear Down Personal Training," fitness instructor for over one year. My personal trainer, Becca Williams, is an experienced instructor who is well-educated in body movement and anatomy. Blending stretching, with aerobic exercise and resistance training, I am able to achieve both the fitness and wellness goals that we have set out for myself. I would highly recommend a Bear Down personal trainer to anyone who is interested in improving both their psychological and physical well-being.

Bear Down Personal Training, is the best training site in the area period! I am be trained by Chris aka my “sensei” for the last 5 months with amazing results loosing over 20 pounds. I have been training with Becca Williams, for the past four years. Becca is a Bear Down Personal Trainer, with Black Bear Fitness. As I enter my senior years, my goal is to maintain physical strength and mobility. Becca works with me to achieve this goal. She carefully plans the exercises to be included in each half-hour session. Becca ensures I perform each exercise correctly. She guides me, so that I achieve the maximum benefit. She watches to ensure I avoid potential strains and injuries. You come away from Becca's training sessions with a feeling of accomplishment. You are tired and sweaty. It is a half-hour well spent!

Terrific results! Great value! As a senior couple recovering from various surgeries, we each needed basic yet different guidance. Chris juggled and challenged each of us as we tackled the fundamentals of strength, flexibility, and balance. He is knowledgable, devoted, so very hard working, creative, and such a gentleman. Patient with our pace & learning curve, he addressed whatever challenge we presented. We are stronger, we move more easily, we accomplish more each day, and we look forward to every session! Kudos to Chris, Kate, & Rick et al for such a welcoming gym.
