StretchLab

My experience with this Stretch lab is a mixed review . Manager who just got on board Ethan was not very nice and Richie the flexologist was very professional and good . I did go to the Lab in Wall and their management was much more organized. .

I get very stiff in my shoulders, low back, glutes and hips. I had been taking Advil and Tylenol almost daily for 10-12 months. I don't have the attention span to dedicate 25-50 minutes of stretching myself at home nor can I stretch myself as deeply as they do. I did the intro 50 minute session with JohnJoseph last month and what a great experience! It was relaxing and extremely effective. I remained 100% pain free and more mobile for 4+ weeks. I'm now going back for another session that will hopefully keep me limber and pain free for another month. Worth every penny for me.

I had a 50 minute introductory rate stretch session with Syd tonight. I can’t say enough positive comments. I feel great. Booked another session for next week. Recommend trying it. It did feel better than a massage, which I do get regularly. This is exactly what I needed-assisted stretching.

I did my first session at Stretch Lab at their introductory rate yesterday. The studio is very clean and calm, the front desk receptionist and also the stretch therapist (not sure what her title actually is?) were both extremely kind and welcoming. I gave this 3 stars because I was expecting a stretch experience that I couldn’t do at home. However, everything was quite basic and it felt like a waste of time and money even at the introductory rate. Anyone with a basic knowledge of stretching need not go here. I can see this being beneficial for someone with major mobility issues but chances are they are going to an actual physical therapist anyway. The membership prices are not justified by the stretch experience I had there.

I felt nice and loose leaving stretch labs. Richie did a good job and was a pleasure to talk to. He was polite respectful definitely made me feel comfortable.
