Elevate Yoga

I have been going to Elevate for years, and I highly recommend this studio. Everybody is truly welcomed and supported at Elevate - all ages, ability levels, body types, and identities. Every class is always wonderful, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I am impressed with how well the instructors transitioned to Zoom classes during Covid. Virtual classes still hold the same magical sense of warmth and community that permeates the studio, with the benefit of being able to do them in my own home. Sunday Serenity with Alicia is an amazing way to start each week, nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. In addition to the regular class schedule, Elevate regularly hosts special workshops from which I have learned a great deal.

Elevate Yoga is a wonderful yoga studio. The class diversity keeps everyone interested. The owner of the studio as well as the other yoga instructors are all fantastic. Everyone is very peaceful and kind and the serenity of the studio becomes part of my home when we practice virtually.

Elevate has been a place of pure peace all of these years I've been going. The staff is knowledgable and professional, but most of all kind. I feel very comfortable each time I take a class and just adore the delightful studio owner. It's by far one of my favorite yoga studios in Monmouth County!

Elevate is like a home away from home for me. Every time I enter the building (and hopefully we’ll be able to do this again soon), I feel embraced by kindness and empathy. All of the instructors are fabulous, the special events are interesting and thought provoking, and the members are fun. You’ll love this community!

Alicia is one of the best yoga instructors I've had the pleasure of working with in my many years of practicing yoga. With her help she makes me a better person. New to yoga, come, she will make you feel comfortable and be attentive to your needs. In her words, if the whole world practiced yoga it would be a much better place to be a part of.
