Honestly, you can't do much better with building a gym on the space they have (although it's a good sized gym). The gym is packed with some of the best racks and machines you can get. Prime, Atlantis, etc. They also upgrade the equipment more often than any other gym I've belonged to. Yea, the locker rooms are small and there's no sauna, but it's worth it for one of the top 2-3 best gyms I've ever been to (and I've been to a ton of gyms in several states). The people are also polite and understand gym etiquette. If you're looking for classes, no they don't have them. However, they have great trainers, so I would recommend hiring one of them if you're inclined to go for classes. You'll get far better results and you'll have more fun.

The vibe of this gym is immaculate. I travel to NJ often for work, and only here for a few weeks at a time. Iron culture is the gym is a good place to get a workout in, the members are friendly, and the options of equipment is spectacular. I'd rather support a small local business rather than a larger chain, and they're doing it right. Vibes, music, people, rugged feel. Unfortunately, the gym can get kind of busy at peak hours, which is to be expected. With all the equipment options, sometimes you have to navigate tight paths to get to your next station, but it's a trade off. The facilities are alright, changeroom can get kind of crowded. And there's only one water station (which sometimes needs filter replacements, or else it's super slow). You won't find a gym better than this, and if I was local, I'd have a membership without a doubt. They have flexible options for One month, or a 10-pack of workouts, which is my go-to. Excited to visit their new (3rd) location coming soon!

Best gym in North Jersey! After Covid dropped and things opened up again, a lot of gyms closed permanently and I had a hard time finding a new gym I felt comfortable in. After trying 2 handful of gyms, I tried out Iron Culture and immediately knew it was the gym for me. Been going to there since. Great atmosphere, fair membership price, and everything you need to push yourself in your fitness journey.

Excellent equipment and huge variety of top notch modern equipment! Great services, offer personal training, good apparel. Nice lighting, super clean and professional atmosphere. A high quality gym and expensive for it’s size. Advanced level gym with experience patrons. Bathrooms and small locker rooms are not on par with the quality of the rest of the gym and do not give off the modern vibes of the rest of gym. Good location and easy parking.

I recently came by the gym planning to sign up, but my experience with the front desk employee, Madison, was incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of a warm welcome, it felt like she didn’t want me there…she was rude, kept breaking eye contact, noticeably stared at my chest with a look that was unsettling which felt completely unprofessional. Honestly, as a woman, I thought if I ever felt judged or uncomfortable, it would be from other gym-goers, not the staff. If this is who represents this gym, I want no part of it. I’ve heard there’s a new one opening in West Orange, and I’m seriously considering waiting for that one, even though this location is much closer to me. I hope management addresses this so future visitors don’t have to deal with such a weird and uncomfortable experience. I do want to point out that the rest of the staff seemed great.
