JD Strength is the perfect gym environment. I used to be anxious about going to the gym. I felt like I didn’t know how to do exercises properly so I would avoid lifting and just focus on cardio. Joe makes the gym a family environment. You get there and feel like you’re among friends with a common goal. We work hard together and laugh together, while Joe keeps us in line and makes sure we have proper form to stay safe and motivates us to stay on track with our goals. As someone who never did more than cardio, I feel stronger than ever.

I highly recommend JD Strength Training! The trainers are excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming!
