Outstanding Gym Experience! Performance Strength Academy is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is top-notch, with a wide variety to suit every fitness goal, and the facility is always immaculately clean and well-organized. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this gym has everything you need to succeed. The sense of community here is unmatched, and it’s clear that PSA truly cares about its members. I can’t recommend it enough—this place is a game-changer for anyone serious about fitness!

Note: I'm no longer a member at PSA, I moved and cancelled my membership. Going back to March 2023, I reached out to the PSA Instagram account about the powerlifting room's temperature being below average, and was told the heater was broken and couldn't be replaced for 9 months. As of December 23, 2024, it is 23° F. outside and I saw a picture with the inside reading 55° F. Seems there's still a back order for getting a new HVAC unit. Layer up if you want to do any powerlifting-style workouts in the Winter months.

Hands down the best gym in the area. Top tier pieces of equipment and a large variety of equipment. The gym is organized well & clean. Equipment is never broken, always well maintained. Constantly being upgraded and worked on to continue to be better. No big crowds of kids hanging out like in the commercial gyms. Great atmosphere!

I love this gym. Great community. Decent equipment. Only downsides are cleanliness and the fact that if it’s not at least 90 degrees outside, they don’t turn on the air conditioning. It’s pretty crazy since we pay like $65 a month per person with no guests or anything extra. I know a few people in there with medical conditions that get worse when there is no air flow. I almost passed out once and it wasn’t even a tough training day. As far as cleaning, it’s pretty dusty and the men’s bathroom is typically destroyed every day and smells like it’s cleaned maybe once a month. Y’all do a good job but at least turn on the air or a fan in the summer
