EvenFlow Yoga

I have been attending EvenFlow Yoga for 8 years now. First at the Long Branch studio, then in the Red Bank on mechanic street and now in the new and beautiful space on Broad street in Red Bank. First, the space that just opened is absolutely gorgeous. Also, all teachers are truly amazing, they are dedicated and very experienced; Bridget, Tim and Christian are my favorites. Christian, the founder and owner, has built a beautiful community of yogis through his studio and everyone is always happy to go an practice there. I recommend EvenFlow wholeheartedly!

EvenFlow yoga is truly my happy place. The studio just moved a couple of doors up and the new space is a gorgeous, warm and welcoming space with an amazing NYC loft feel. Large, bright, yet very cozy. However, Christian, Dana, Bridgett and all of EvenFlow’s teachers are what make this studio truly special. Not only are they incredible instructors who know the body, encourage alignment and keep every class challenging and unique, but the love and sense of belonging they bring to the studio is one of the most important reasons I come to EvenFlow Yoga.

My family began with Christian when he began in Wow. Of course, we fell in love 🥰 with him, at first sight. He made yoga so exciting. Best instruction, focusing on Alignment, adjustments, never, ever, worrying about injury. I was a teacher, couldn’t afford taking my family every day to yoga. He gave us a family discount. Many years later, my daughters’ practices are beautiful in every way. We became a family of yogis Thank you Christian💕

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for a little over four years, and I can say that Even Flow is by far my favorite studio to date. All of the teachers have something unique to offer their class, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Christian in particular is excellent. He has an incredible knowledge of the body and a great energy! Whether you’re taking your 1st class ever or 5,000th, you can be sure you’re in good hands :)

I have such gratitude for EvenFlow. There are so many yoga studios in the area, which delights me, but EvenFlow has my heart. The energy of this particular studio draws me there, even when other studios are closer to my home. Christian is one of the best teachers I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. His classes are dynamic, well-designed, challenging, and somehow always manage to be exactly what I need. Namaste, EvenFlow!
